Athgo makes possible for students and young professionals to organize, lead, and direct many aspects of our programs. Please identify which upcoming program when applying for any of the below positions.
Available Long-Term Internships
Requires 3 or more months of commitment.

• Program Coordinator Associate
Works closely with Athgo Program Director to develop topics, themes, and strategy, and before and during the event to implement the logistics and venue arrangements, including recruiting and selecting qualified participants for the event, and to oversee participant relations. Ideal candidates will be located in the city where the respective Athgo event will take place to allow for greater participation and ability to meet with potential speakers and the management of the event venues. Ability to attend all days of the event required.


• Program Intern and Volunteer Associate
Works closely with Athgo Program Director and Program Coordinator Associate to recruit, select, train, and lead the interns and volunteers. Ideal candidates will be located in the city where the respective Athgo event will take place to allow for greater participation (Not all programs however will require physical attendance at the program).


• Program Event Associate
The event associate works closely with the Program Director before and during the event to execute all of the social networking events. These events include the breaks and lunches, receptions, sightseeing events, etc. These individuals will work with our partner/sponsors to coordinate the funding and specific arrangements for the social networking events. Ideal candidates will be located in the city where the respective Athgo event will take place.


• Speakers Associate
Works closely with Athgo Program Director and Program Coordinator Associate to recruit and select qualified speakers and panelists for the event, and to oversee speaker relations during the event. Ideal candidates will be located in the city where the respective Athgo event will take place to allow for greater participation (Not all programs however will require physical attendance at the program).

At the Event Internships
Ability to attend at least all the days of the event.

• Group leader
leads individual team sessions and provides support to team members as they work toward developing business concepts.


• Protocol
greets speakers and interacts with VIPs and other guests, provides information about the event and answers any questions or concerns they might have.


• Chairman’s Assistant
works closely with Athgo Chairman throughout the event.


• Coordination team
works directly with Athgo Program Director, Master of Ceremonies (MC) and /or Moderators. Must be able to work well in a stressful environment and adapt very quickly and respond immediately to last-minute program changes.


• Journalist
creates an event summary, which will be posted on the Athgo website and distributed to participants and participating organizations.


• Moderator
executes and facilitates questions for the final day’s participant–led panels.


• Interviewer
works with the Audio/Video team and interviews speakers, guests, and participants throughout the event.


• Technical
assists with all of the technical needs during the event, including presentations, audio-visual equipment, etc.
